Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services provided by CREATOR AI™, a product of The Wild Ventures Pte Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Monthly Plans

If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription by providing us with at least 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@gocreator.ai.

Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any partial billing period, unused time, or remaining days within a billing cycle.

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscription plans are non-refundable. By purchasing an annual plan, you commit to the full term of the subscription. No refunds, credits, or pro-rata adjustments will be provided for early cancellation of annual plans under any circumstances.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged at the applicable rate. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to increase prices at any time by providing you with at least 14 days' written notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms above.

6. Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In the event of termination by the Company, no refunds will be issued for any prepaid fees, including but not limited to monthly or annual subscription fees.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and pursue recovery of all amounts owed, including any associated fees and costs.

8. Exceptions

Refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company. Any such exceptions shall not constitute a waiver of our rights under this policy.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
